Franz Kiederich was born in Dusseldorf in 1873.  Listed as professor of fine arts specializing in paintings of landscapes and rustic scenes.  His studio was in the town of Dusseldorf but he exhibited throughout Germany winning a gold medal at the Berlin Exhibition of 1907.  Died in Dusseldorf in 1950. A painting by the artist can be seen in the Museum of Dusseldorf.
